An industrial dual extrusion 3D printer for high-performance polymers. This machine is meant for production and prototyping of parts for highly specific and advanced applications.

The Endureal comes with an out-of-this-world dual-extrusion system that can print high-performance filaments and metallic materials with special support material. A nanotech insulator thermally shields the extruder components and cables from the main chamber for optimal temperature control. Plus, with special industrial bronze nozzles, the Endureal can handle even the toughest of materials, such as Z-PEEK, VICTREX AM™ 200, Z-PEI 9085 and Z-PEI 1010, and BASF Ultrafuse® metallic powder. Whether you're printing single- or dual-extrusion, the Endureal can take it and make it shine!

Device features:

  • High-temp polymers processing capability
  • LPD Plus dual extrusion technology
  • Build space measuring 400 x 300 x 300 mm
  • Build platform heated up to 220° C
  • Printing chamber temperature up to 200° C
  • Extrusion temperature up to 480° C
  • Advanced thermal management systems
  • Advanced self-diagnostics with a wide array of sensors
  • 200-250 microns layer resolution with a 0.4 mm nozzle
  • 450 microns minimal wall thickness with 0.4 mm nozzle
  • Easily maintained
  • Compatible with metallic powder filaments

Controlled filament's compartment

An insulated nook within the Endureal houses filaments in ideal conditions, with a humidity reducer to keep moisture at a level suitable for hygroscopic materials.

Advanced filament sensors

Always on guard, the printer's sensors detect any possible jams or drops in filament supply. Plus, it keeps track of the spool's weight to make sure there's enough material to finish printing.

PERFORMANCE ENSURED!

1. Temperature monitors consistently gauge temperatures of essential parts to avert thermal overload.
2. Capacitive sensors accurately gauge the platform and nozzles' precise location to guarantee alignment is perfect!
3. Optical sensors working with no mechanical parts ensure precise extruder's positioning in all axes.
4. Sensors trigger immediately to detect fan disconnects or failure, guaranteeing reliable cooling.
5. Extruder sensors carefully keep tabs, detecting any troubles that might interrupt the workings of the extruder and keep it up and running.
